  Terrible experience. The service was slow, unfriendly, and seemed like they couldn't care less about the customers. On top of that, my burger was burnt to the point that it tasted charred and was barely edible. For the price, I expected much better quality and customer service.

  Went on 4th of July and got some burgers they came out burnt to a crisp and service was absolutely horrible and they forgot some of the food i ordered they wouldent remake the burger or replace the items missing

  Nothing like being screwed by 5 guys on the 4th of July with there burnt burgers and sweaty chests dripping on the food they put enough salt in my food for a salt water aquarium to flourish call to complain they told me to Wendy's and eat her burger ill never go there again!!!!!!

  Me and my fiance went into five guys on the 4th of July they messed up two of the three burgers one of them was supposed to have an extra patty and did not and I didn’t even sweat it I walked back in and asked for an extra packed and because they were busy I said you can just hand me a patty I didn’t even make the remake it, I was driving home and ate half of it and threw it away my fiance took one bite and she couldent eat it the burgers were burnt to a crisp and so were the buns to where it was uncomfortable to eat, I have been eating at this specific Austintown location for years I wasn’t even upset cause they have always been good and I called the next day not wanting my money back but just wanting a new sandwhich for the $50 I spent here yesterday. I knew the exact order number the guy who answered would not put me on the phone with a manager, he proceeded to tell me they could not replace or remake it without a receipt but I through the bag away at a gas station so I did not have it, I spend roughly $60 a week there at $240 monthly and I will not be returning, customer service was absolutely horrible

  My family of 4 decided to celebrate at five guys in Austintown yesterday, July 4th, for a quick dinner outing. Were full time working parents and never have much of family time to go out and the one time that we do, was a horrible experience that I was disappointed by. It’s the only burger business close to our home. As business was over flowing due to the holiday, they burned our burgers and wouldn’t reimburse our money or give us a new burger. We tried to talk to the manager but the manager refused to speak with us and only had his colleague do the talking. All we wanted, from a hard working week and weekend, was to enjoy the one great place that we now dishonor. I will no longer take my family, friends or children to Austintown five guys after being treated like we didn’t deserve a meal we paid for. We not only will send our family and friends but we also have friends in higher places that have been disturbed by this and will not be attending to this business unless they do something about this matter and make it right. Horrible horrible food service and business. Poor management for not willing to talk to us directly and tell his colleague as we were on speaker phone, to handle it rather than handle this situation directly with us. Should be demoted from management.
