  Wish I could do 0 stars. Takes 15 minutes to deal with each customer just for the food to not be correctly made. Have been here like 3 times in the last 4 months and every single time it’s like this I always wish I would’ve just went to twinsburg or Macedonia. Just shut down the location the workers don’t know how to act.

  I ordered empanadas, I was told by the staff that I have to wait 10 minutes, which I said it's okay and I will be right back. Then when I came back, she's approaching my direction so I asked her, "oh it is for me"? She gave me a nasty look and answered me the way that I was stupid for asking question. Did not even say Thank you for waiting. No courtesy just plain rude! Taco Bell, shame on you for hiring rude employee.

  I don’t expect much from a Taco Bell but this one has especially terrible service regardless of the day or time. Consistently out of menu items. Rude employees.

  Flat out worst Tbell I’ve been to, whoever’s running this place needs to get their act together. Consistently far, FAR slower than other fast food places, mistakes every single time I order, rude and clearly burnt out staff, and this latest time one poor girl was stuck trying to handle the dinner rush on her own and the wait was outrageous. Fully blame management and up because this is clearly training/staffing issues.

  We have tried to visit here on a few occasions, and each time they won't answer the drive thru. I would understand if they were busy, but no one was there. After 10 minutes we pulled through to go somewhere else. The guy was literally standing there doing nothing. I have never been to a Taco Bell that has had this kind of service.
