I walk in and there's not one, but TWO homeless people laying down in the eating area in blankets sleeping. This disgusted me and made me go across the street to chipotle. Do not come here and spend your money at this atrocity.

My boyfriend waited 30 min last night for an online order… he went through the drive through, said they called his name inside but he didn’t come… well yeah, that’s because they told him to pull around but then said oh sorry we forgot. How do you forget that quickly?? DoorDash goes wayyyy past the time it’s supposed to - been waiting 20 min. When I asked how much longer, of course I got more attitude. If you’re so unhappy with your job or don’t have any sort of kind manner, don’t work at a fast food joint. Point blank period. Another visit to note, we had a large online order - got 4 luxe boxes & to no surprise, they forgot all 4 cheesy Gordita crunches + gave us all the wrong drinks. Go to Streetsboro if you want Taco Bell that bad.
- NPNancy PeeryJun 19, 20265.0I just ordered a meal from the Taco Bell on Aurora road in Solon and WOW! This is one of the best meals I have ordered in a long time from a Taco Bell! Everything was fresh and hot. The young lady brought it to our car and had the most beautiful smile, greeted and told us she made it fresh! Someone needs to make this young lady a manager and give her a pay raise! People like her are rare and this is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. I regret not seeing asking her name but have included my receipt for reference.
