  I am in Solon for work and happened to go to this restaurant for a quick lurch and what came on a plate was the smell of home :) The biryani was spectacular and I literally finished the whole bowl myself. Never expected it to be better than what I get in Bangalore, India. I ended up packing another serving for dinner as well. Anyone craving for South Indian food must try this place! .

  Thought we'd give this a try, my gf is gf and seemed to have many options. I thought the good was delicious, the chicken was so so tender. The server was very nice but we had to ask for water refills. Done of the areas were a bit unkept.

  Worst experience. I ordered a paneer biryani and specifically requested medium spice, but it came extremely spicy. After I informed the staff, they replaced it, which I appreciated at first. However, while eating the replacement paneer biryani, I found a piece of meat in it. As a vegetarian, this was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. When I brought it up, the staff only apologized and did not handle the situation seriously. Very disappointing experience and poor attention to vegetarian food safety. Felt like some leftover food is being mixed and served. It was extremely disturbing experience. Highly not recommended to pure vegetarians

  We mostly had an issue with the service. We understand it was busy but so many things are worth noting! - plates and silverware came after our appetizers were served so we had to wait a little bit. - Silverware were plastic because of something about the dishwasher - We got sambhar in one bowl to share between 2 people and had to request another bowl. - asked for sprite and got it in a bottle instead of inside a glass. - when asked for a glass, we got a plastic cup

  Paradise is consistently behind on their pickup orders - normally 15-20 min behind schedule. Tonight our food wasn’t ready until a full hour after we were scheduled to pick it up. (Placed our order at 6:28pm for 7:15pm pickup. Food wasn’t ready until after 8:15pm) There was no sense of urgency or concern shown by restaurant staff at all. Additionally, no offer for a partial or full refund due to the extremely long wait. It feels as though they just don’t care about their customers’ experience. After totally botched Mother’s Day dinner plans, we won’t order from Paradise again.
