- CFCrystal FritzAug 12, 20261.0Came through the drive-thru and got a coffee. Got to the window and the employee who did my transaction gave me my coffee. But that's not all I got. I wore the entire cup. The only thing the employee had to say was did I need some napkins. To top the cherry, my coffee wasn't even made correctly. I always get two espresso shots in my coffee. I was charged for the espresso but never got it.

The drive thru line be wrapped out on to the street and moves so slow. Then you can't go inside because it's so many cars in the drive thru line you can't park. I literally order ahead but at this point it defeats the purpose cause I still have to wait in a 20min line to get to the speaker. The people at the speaker and inside are always friendly and nice. But I think time management really needs to be worked on.

She didn't say a word the whole time and handed me the bag as if she couldn't bear to touch it. The bagel minis were extremely cold and there were zero napkins in our bag. I don't think the Dunkin employees realize that the reason they are getting payed is to actually put forth effort and do a good job. I would be ashamed to hire workers like this.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive through line. I only had 5 people in front of me. And the line behind me was out to the street with people leaving left and right. When I finally got up to the window I pointed out that my drink didn’t have cold foam on it like I had paid for. The employee gave me the biggest eye roll with so much hate in his eyes and then didn’t even put the lid back on so there was coffee all over my car. I work in a coffee shop, I know how overwhelming it can feel when it’s busy. I have never rolled my eyes at a customer for my mistake. This was also the 3rd time my drink had the cold foam missing and once they had put coffee in my husbands Matcha. After this experience I won’t be coming back. Maybe they need training on how to read the tickets and time management.
