  to the Aurora Chipotle because the experience is consistently excellent. Every time I visit, they have everything in stock, the restaurant is clean, and the entire team is friendly, respectful, and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Allie. She is genuinely one of the kindest employees I’ve met. She never makes you feel rushed or like you’re inconveniencing her, even when you ask questions or request something extra. She takes the time to make every customer feel welcome, and her positive attitude really stands out. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this team consistently delivers it. Thank you for making every visit a great experience—I truly appreciate it!

  This male worker has to be stopped. I’ve witnessed him multiple times be rude to customers about portion sizes even when they offer to pay, he tried to charge me personally for a extra scoop of rice he also forced a worker to charge me extra side for asking for 2 vinaigrettes when there is barely any in the container so I asked for a second one. I’ve come here many times in the last few months and he is not pleasant at all, always has a nasty attitude, always grilling people over extra portions and today July 20th I asked him what his issue is he said “ it’s just life everyone isn’t going to be a robot” so I guess he takes pride in annoying customers and being a weirdo. I have informed the manager about him and would love to share with workers be careful when he is preparing your food. Lastly i confirmed with the manager I should not have been charged for extra rice for one more scoop & I should not have been charged extra for asking for 2 vinaigrettes, I was told it would only be additional if i asked for 3 total. This man is a con artist

  This chipotle location is hit or miss. Sometimes its amazing other times the portions are extremely small or we've had a couple times where we were missing the chicken or beans or something.

  Today will be my last day here , there is a newer male worker here who charged me extra for a second vinaigrette after i asked for a second due to them giving me a table scoop on vinaigrette in a cup, i will attach a picture. I just think it is beyond disgusting to charge a customer for extra product when the product asked for was barely filled. This location has gotten greedy and unprofessional

  The staff at this location was plenty in number but somewhat slow in coordination and and keeping the line moving. The food was ok but some of the line servers had to be told several times about what the customer asks for on their order. Toward the end it got better the beginning was sort of slow One of the good things was that the food was great
