  I was so excited that the chipotle honey chicken is back but my bowl is inedible because the brown rice is so hard I’m afraid to chip a tooth. There was also very little chicken. I wish I took a picture before throwing it away. This is the second time I’ve been to this location in the past couple of months. The last time the employee scooped salsa with a ladle that was covered in sour cream and I can’t do dairy products, so I couldn’t eat that. The location was also extremely dirty on both visits. I will not return to this location because it’s clear that they don’t take as much pride in the quality of food and cleanliness of the store compared to other nearby locations.

  Trash chipotle. Workers are rude and bowls are always half empty with wrong/missing ingredients. Chicken was rubbery from being cooked and reheated multiple times. Staff just simply does not care.

  This location has fell off so bad. I took a month break and come back and things are worse then they were the first quarter of the year, on top of that they have this little girl working here with a extremely nasty attitude, this is my second time coming this week and i have to argue with her about her attitude and my food, although i don’t mind paying extra for portions she still makes it a big deal. Today I had to argue with her about extra rice…. She’s super disrespectful and nasty attitude she won’t make it long in this industry

  I wish I could give this location a 0 star review. The food is absolutely disgusting. The protein is always small or lesser portions of undercooked or way overcooked poultry. If you order food from location your order is guaranteed to be wrong or mispackaged. The food at location especially in later evening hours is sitting out exposed for multiple hours. The lazy staff will try to stretch the chicken because they are not trying to stand over the grill. Absolutely do not waste your money. It's not worth the diarrhea

  I come here every week, I will never return. The sides of my burrito were not even wrapped, I asked them to rewrap it or double wrap it and the girl behind the counter gave me attitude and then proceeded to wrap it in another tortilla without folding the sides in again. If I was to pick it up everything would fall out all over my lap. That is not a burrito. She then threw it all messy into a bowl. I also paid for double chicken and there's barely a single scoop in here. I will never be back, paying $15 for something I can't even eat and receiving attitude for employees is unacceptable.
