  Woman, Alex or however you spell it always has an attitude and grunts under her breath when she under portions bowls. Unreal service is nothing but pathetic. Do better Chipotle this is customer service.

  Every time I come here, its worse and worse. A steady decline, as with most Chipotles. Not worth 30.00 for 2 people.

  This is by far the STINGIEST Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I actually used to work at Chipotle for three years so am familiar with the serving size standards…. I feel so vindicated reading these reviews because apparently I’m NOT the only one who has noticed the portion sizes here are criminally small unless you want to pay extra. I politely asked for extra cheese and somehow received what looked like *less* than the standard portion. You would think the cheese was being deducted directly from this man’s paycheck!!!! Honestly, I was so excited to come in and try the new chili lime chips. And I went home with the worst Chipotle bowl I’ve had in ages. I literally also had to salt the bowl, which is not something I think I have literally ever done EVER. I had asked for a little extra rice, which the original girl completely ignored and then I asked for light pinto beans, and she dumped an entire cans worth the pinto beans. There had to have been at least five pinto beans and every bite of my bowl I was GAGGING it down. I’m not even trying to be nitpicky and I feel like I was nothing but polite and even apologetic for these simple requests. They also forgot my side of hot sauce and my side tortilla and I was just so over the entire encounter that I didn’t have the energy to remind them. Overall, an unpleasant experience. The people working there clearly hate their job and have poor customer service skills, which, as a result leads to a low quality experience.

  This is the grossest, messiest chipotle I’ve seen. The store trashed. The kid whipped his nose then proceeded to tell me no rice and no queso. He slopped my food in the bowl. It was gross. I left.

  The male worker there was extremely rude. Asked for a second cup of vinaigrette, because god forbid you put more than a tablespoon in the cups. For him to tell me “you know those are 100 calories right?” Implying I was fat.
