Me and my son stood at the front register for 25 minutes while one was standing there eating chicken nuggets looking right at us and the manager walked past us three times so she could chat with an employee in lobby not once did ask if we need help... literally like we were invisible. Outside of the shake I ordered everything was old and fried in old grease. My chicken tenders were dark brown and drenched in grease. The cookies were hard as a rock (literally) and old. It was kids that just didn't care about what they were serving people. Unless you actually know someone working here, you're best to find somewhere else to eat. If you know someone working they make sure that your food is right, the way its supposed to be.
- JPJason PowellApr 15, 20262.0The McDonald's on Richland avenue always messes up my order as if they knew how I ordered my sandwich special and I know he was lying from the get-go so he says he calls the GM and makes me one and the burgers are fried so hard I couldn't eat them and he didn't use the quarter pound of her he is regular cheeseburger burgers because they were small and I'm edible I go to one on State Street they actually make your orders right I probably only went one time to the one on Richmond avenue and got my order correct
