  Me and my co-worker order 1-3 times a week and EVERY time, they’re wonderful!!!! Foods great. Customer service is top tier.

  Here’s a sarcastic review you could post: Ordered 5 subs from Jimmy John’s and apparently got enrolled in a mystery sandwich challenge instead. None of the sandwiches were labeled, so lunchtime turned into a fun little guessing game of “Who ordered what?” Nothing says “freaky fast” like 5 confused people unwrapping random sandwiches trying to identify them by smell. And to make it even better, items were missing from the order entirely. My personal favorite was the turkey sandwich that showed up with basically turkey and lettuce. No cheese, no toppings, no personality. Who willingly eats a plain turkey and lettuce sandwich? Was this made during some kind of bread shortage emergency? For a place that specializes in sandwiches, I really expected them to at least know what goes on one.
