  They have started charging for water, runs same price as a normal drink. So I now just get as many small waters as I can fit in the car. They could just charge 50 cents or something for the cup. The service is generally awful. They do not give you a receipt. If they are out of toppings you will not know about it until you open up your sandwich. There are hardly ever napkins in the bag, and the drive through time is unacceptable. This place is really bad, interacting with the staff worse than having your teeth pulled. I like Arby’s quite a bit and this is the worst one I have ever eaten at. What a terrible establishment. Don’t waste your time here.

  Ordered my food and just watched as food prepares made the food for other orders. The guy wore gloves and the older lady just fingers the others orders without gloves and toss a wrap across uncleaned area when one order was messed to scrap off lettuce with a rag. Definitely have cross contamination lol definitely wouldn’t have stopped and bought my food if I knew that’s how it was going to be. Cashier was great though!

  Drive-thru is criminally slow. Sandwich was incorrect, very thin toppings on the chicken salad sandwich. Has definitely gone downhill. :'(

  Just went through the drive thru but they were friendly, the food was good and all there.
