I walked into the building, the door was unlocked during normal working hours with no signs. Posted, they immediately met me with attitude and and told me "we're not doing walk-ins" and kicked me out. Again, there was no signs posted on the door or notices to let the customers know that they would be kicked out upon wanting service... As a customer normally would. I find this to be absolutely reprehensible From any customer service standpoint. I understand the doors being unlocked for takeout orders, but to have no signs posted for no regular walk-ins and to be met with attitude. The second that I walked through those doors was a terrible experience for no other reason than because they wanted to put their stress out on the customers. Ridiculously unprofessional, and as a previous manager in the customer service industry myself, I would have immediately given backlash to that employee for their behavior.

This has got to be the worst dunkin' donuts ever.... You waiting to drive through for 30 to 45 minutes every single time.. then you think that you can go in and order because it will be faster then your refused on that concept... When I walked in to place my order now mind you there was no sign on the door saying mobile order only so I walked into place my order the woman with braids in her hair was too busy on her phone pouring coffee into a container and the only other guy I saw look like he was so confused he didn't know what to do.. if you could pick any other coffee shop around the area I strongly suggest it. The management does not care about the customers that's extremely sad. If I could give negative Stars I would

Each car in the drive-thru averages about 5 minutes. They are slow. I'm five cars deep going on 30 minutes and this has been frequently. So we started using the app to order ahead and pick up inside and that worked for about three visits and then it's never on the counter. So we figured we'd use our brain and order it even earlier, still not ready. The employees in the store stare at you.. One said to me "what" and I said just waiting on an order as usual. Hot coffee comes out cold, the employees have zero brain, don't ever come here unless you plan it in your schedule for 30 minutes. One more car to go so I should be done in 10 minutes.

One Star — Terrible experience. This was easily one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m from Boston, so I know Dunkin’. The woman with braids at the front was extremely unfriendly and basically denied my business right away. Before helping me, she immediately asked if I had a mobile order or if I was just walking in, like walk-in customers were a problem. There were around six cars in the drive-thru, the cash registers were there but unattended, and the whole staff looked confused and disorganized. Nobody seemed ready or willing to help customers inside. The woman with braids came across as rude, dismissive, and honestly a detractor to the business. Someone with that attitude is a liability in a customer-facing role. I left and went to Starbucks instead, where I had no issue being helped. This location is easily in my top five worst Dunkin’ locations. Management seriously needs to address the customer service here, especially the employee with braids, because she made the entire store look bad.
