- PBPapa BaerJul 13, 20264.0Chipotle is good. Everyone knows it's good. The issues arise from high prices and poor portions. I recommend you NEVER order online for pick up. If you are not there while they are making your food, it is literally thrown together and you will notice that the protein portions are grossly small compared to what they are when you go inside. I'm not sure if this is intentional to save money, or the result of a lack of oversight but I have noticed this trend at multiple locations.

Watched a female worker mix up "new" guac which was only slightly better looking. Complete disregard for food safety that puts the intestinal health of their patrons in jeopardy. I probably should have called the health inspector.

I was ignored for a full 15 minutes and watched cars behind me speed off as I waited. It seems like they didn’t start my delivery till 10 minutes after I arrived. I never have problems at this place but tonight was just unacceptable. Staff was rude and annoyed at me being there. I was not given a time on my order and I had enough time to write this while waiting. Don’t come here!
