The food was that good old TBell. The salads are suprisingly good. They gave me a free cup on accident which im not complaining for, however there is a lack of interaction. So service cant be a 5 because we hardly speak to anyone other than saying thank you and them callin out our name for our order. Overall not bad

I had a $50 bill, knowing this I purposely ordered $30.00 worth of food.. $30.17 to be exact. I pull up to the window and tried to hand the girl $50.17 and was met with "I can't take that" I proceeded to tell the girl I would only need $20 in change and she said I need to get my manager. Another young girl came to the window and told me the samething she couldn't take my $50 that they only had $20 in their drawer. I told them there is no sign in the window stating they can't accept $50's. She then told me I needed to leave and break the $50 and come back. I refused. I said I will take 5's and 10's just give me my food and change. Eventually after slamming the window and with some not so friendly looks they finally took my money and gave me my $20 in change and my food.

So I got a crunchwrap at the drivethru, pulled into a space to eat in the car. 2 bites and all I got was lettuce, sour cream and shell. Pulled it apart to see if there was any meat in it. Hardly any meat and all to one side but there was 3 tomatoe tops in it. Took it in to get my money back. The kid was cocky to me and made me even madder. Acted like it was the normal. Came home went to taco bell complaint site and sent a complaint asking to be contacted about it. Its een a week and they have not. This tells me this is the normal and all taco bells feed you this crap. So as now I am done with them. Everyone, you might want to start looking inside those shells to see what else they are hiding.

I stood at the counter looking at the menu. Someone asked if they could help me. I said I was still deciding. I caught an employee's attention, she came to the counter, I started ordering, and she stopped me. "This is a "kiosk only" ordering store." I went to the kiosk, worked my way through the options, made my selections and tried to pay. Nope. The payment wouldn't go through. Back to the counter, explained what was happening, employee pressed a bunch of buttons, had to ask who I was to confirm the order, and was able to accept my tap to pay. While I was going through my kiosk/counter dance, a couple came in, went to the counter to order, was sent to the kiosk, got frustrated with the process (even with employee help), and left without ordering. Taco Bell, this is no way to run a railroad!

Not only does this location routinely omit whole items from my orders, they seem to be skimping on ingredients as well, at least compared to other locations. Tacos are underfilled and burritos are small. The location on the other side of Ashland doesn't have these problems so we started going there even though it is twice the distance.
