- MMMorrisApr 23, 20261.0I strongly advise others not to eat at this Chipotle location. My experience was deeply disturbing and unacceptable. The manager and staff were rude, unprofessional, and the store itself was dirty and poorly maintained. Most importantly, I was racially profiled while attempting to purchase my food. The manager came out from the back yelling at me, then stated that “ You fit the profile,” then forcibly snatched my food away, and ordered me to leave the store. No customer should ever be treated with this level of disrespect and discrimination. If this reflects the leadership and standards at Chipotle, I will never return.

To add to this already poor experience, the bowl I ordered online was half full, and it didn’t have the black beans I ordered. Very disappointed, I did not get what I paid for. And the attitude they give makes it seem like they’re upset to get business. NEVER COMING BACK

Nice and full with everything I order, but today, I ordered some for dinner and I did my usual order, bowl with chicken, extra rice, corn salsa, queso, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. I got home and opened it, there is maybe one scoop of rice, like 7 pieces of chicken, barely any corn salsa, no sour cream, queso, or lettuce. I have never had any issues getting food from here but now I think this location is off my list.
