  Had some issues with the app, and I felt terrible for the hold up and was going to fix the issue within the app and go back around the drivethru. The manager at the first window walked me through steps within the app, and when that didn’t work he took care of the order at the register. Truly thankful for the service received today. My food was hot, fresh and made perfectly. Thank you!! 🖤

  Stepped inside for a minute to use the restroom. What I found is that this location has no hand soap in the women's restroom at al at this moment because the dispenser is broken. The 4 women employees that I watched come out of the womans restroom and get straight back to making orders. That's trifling, but for some reason not surprised. It is McDonald's.

  so i came in with my husband to have dinner we wait 5 minutes for someone to come help us here is my review: 1. first i told her for 2 meals 1 of them with a milkshake instead the drink, i received 2 burgers 1 fries and the drinks she charge us for that correctly but i didnt order that i told her 2 MEALS. 2.when we got the food we only hear is cursing and talking about personal stuff. i work in restaurant industry and when you work in a company like this you go to work. another worker was packing the food and texting at the same time it did not look very nice. 3.one of the cashier was laying in the counter on their phone while a customer was waiting to order. like i said if you going to work in customer service remember we paid for our food and a nice service but today i did not see that at all, we paid for our food and we have to recived a good customer service. the restroom was dirty as well i did not use it because it was dirty and i didnt want to say anything i was really tired to get into it with people that wont to anything .

  We had an unfortunate experience with a unhappy cashier taking our order. This female cashier ended up yelling and threatening to spit on my guest. These threats came after she was removed from front end by the manager. We were then assisted by Kelly the manager who was the kindest and most calm, efficient and effective manager I've seen. She is very good at her job and I am grateful for meeting and experiencing a person / manager with such stellar customer service experience she is above any I've seen or experienced in a long time. This woman should teach customer service to other's. Thank you Kelly for your thoughtfulness and professionalism during this situation.
