    Waited in line for 15 minutes just to get told that they are out of steak and white rice. It’s 1:30 mid day, shouldn’t be out of main ingredients. This location needs to do better…

    I'm not sure what's going on anymore, but instead of being served like we should because we are paying for our services, lately it feels like a burden to them and they act like we should be thankful that I'm finally getting the food I paid for. The girl who handed me the food at the drive-thru window made me feel like the food she gave me was free or that she paid for it. No "thank you," no "you're welcome" once I said "thank you," nothing. I'm not sure what I did, except for waiting for my food, but it sure annoyed her for whatever reason. I get it, we all have bad days, but it feels like a repeated behavior lately at any Chipotle restaurant I've been to. I work in customer service as well and never let my emotions get to me, and I always thank them for choosing us. Sorry for saying all this, but please try better for your customers and any one else.

    Hairy burrito yuck. Not one but two long black hairs in the burrito. After the second hair one I had to throw away the whole burrito. Waste of money

    Ordered 3 tacos, they were shoved horribly into a thing of tin foil. 2 of them were straight up upside down and fell apart as soon as I opened the wrapper. Basically had to eat it like a bowl. If I wanted a bowl I would’ve ordered one.

    I went to the Amherst chipotle today and immediately saw the workers with a small scale measuring out food portions. I would usually not have an issue with this action but today when the worker was measuring my food, she gave me approximately 200 grains of rice in 15 pieces of chicken. All of the workers had a bad attitude and seemed like serving me was the last of their concern. I immediately left without taking the bowl that was already being prepared for me and went to a different Chipotle location. I eat too much chipotle to get a third of a serving that I usually receive for the same price.
