- DBDesiree BrusmanApr 29, 20262.0I am thoroughly confused by the interaction that we just had in the drive thru. We ordered 2 McDouble value meals w BBQ sauce and another McDouble. We get to the window. Handed the bag. No sauce, no napkins. Tell the young girl and she turns around and yells at the crew for “not putting any BBQ sauce or napkins in the bag.” She grabs a bag and puts in the BBQ sauce and hands it over. We again ask for napkins. She finally hands us some napkins and makes some rude remarks. Is this real life? In what world is this acceptable behavior? I get that it’s McDonald’s, but these are incredibly simple requests.

The girl in second window giving her food looked at her and saw she was hispanic and immediately discriminated against her. She said “here we only speak English”, my mother is a US citizen and has worked her entire life to live and abide to this countries laws. To be discriminated for the color of her skin or because she had accent when she was clearly speaking in English to the worker and ordered her food in English is not ok. I will be also reaching out to corporate.
