Wings have no sauce at all and ordered a no cheese pizza (allergic) barely sauced at all, hardly any toppings, pretty much bread for $15.

I will not be back. Burnt pizza, bad tasting, salad was warm a wilted. The website would not work correctly. The cashier was very friendly.

I placed a pick up order, and arrived to pick it up. Being the nice guy that I am, I held the door open for someone coming back into the store with a bag who pulled in just behind me. Looks like he was given the wrong order and returning it for the correct order. As it turns out, it was my order that they gave him. An order, that he took out of the store, went somewhere with it, came back, and returned it. While the return was happening, another nice young lady came up to help me and asked me my name, which I gave her. And get this, that cashier that was taking the return had the audacity to say “here you go” and hand me this old, cold, food that someone else left with, and expected me to just take it. Ewww kay, how about No? So I politely stated “Come on man, that’s not cool.” Followed by “I’d like some food that hasn’t left with someone I don’t know please.” The cashier looked shocked, and vociferously stated: “You want it remade?” My reply was :”Yeah, that, or a refund.” Thankfully the young lady that came to help me said she would get it remade. However, that was not enough to salvage my opinion of this establishment and I will no longer visit this location. If this is the standard that is set as this location, no thanks. It’d be one thing if they realized in the store that wasn’t their order, whatever, but it is a completely different situation to take it, leave with it, then come back, and return it right in front of the customer that originally ordered it, and then attempt to pass that off as worthy of menu priced food is, all apologies for the language in advance, disgusting bullshit. At least the $2 tip I gave went to the person who actually made it right. That’s right, even with a tip this is what kind of service I get. I should have just drove 5 more minutes to Eastgate, they are much better and would never have tried to do something like this. Get it together Larosas Amelia. This is just wrong man. Do better. 💯 Edit: Someone named Justin did reach out, and while I appreciate it, it is too little, too late. I’ll never be able to shake the thought of: “How many times has my order been given out to some random person, taken out of the store, into some else’s vehicle, and then returned minutes later, and then given back to me as if it was never passed off into unknown sanitary conditions?” And there is very little anyone could do to get me to ever come back to this establishment again. As the old saying goes, once you see something, you can’t unsee it.
