  I came to Dunkin before church to get breakfast and drinks for my daughter and her friend, and the experience was very disappointing. After standing in a long, busy line, they ordered 2 drinks, 2 croissants, and hash browns. We waited a long time for the order, and once we finally left, we realized the order was completely wrong. My daughter asked for a croissant but was given a wrap instead, even though she clearly said croissant. On top of that, my daughter’s friend specifically asked for a decaf coffee and repeated it multiple times, but she was still given a caffeinated coffee. The worker taking the order was a skinny guy with bleached hair and a Batman tattoo, and he entered the order incorrectly. I understand places get busy, but when customers are repeating their order and still getting the wrong items, it’s frustrating. I would expect better customer service and more attention to detail from Dunkin.

  DD seriously SHRUNK the size of their day nuts. Makes them expensive for their SMALL size. Will probably never go back.

  This location never seems to restock their products. Eastgate has the donuts that this location never seems to have. How’s that

  I had pulled through the drive thru around 5:45 on a Thursday, I'm guessing they just got through a big rush. I had ordered one of the specialty drinks. I pulled to the window and was told the syrup for the drink had just ran out. Ava who was working the window told me the news, she said she could make me something different. She walked me through the available syrups and really made sure I got a drink I liked. I had no problem with having to change as I haven't been to a dunkin until just recently. Ava was just so sweet and kind! I will try to come again!
