Everytime I doordash from here the bowl is filled up maybe a quarter, it’s actually comical how empty it is. Not to mention the ingredients taste stale. When I go in person the staff are rude, I don’t know if it’s because i’m a teenager or because I’m not white but like why are you mean??? I’m just getting food oml🤦♀️They also are stingy with the ingredients in person too like babe it’s not coming out your paycheck you can give me more than 3 grains of rice. I continued to give this place a chance but it’s going further and further downhill, please re-evaluate who you have on your staff and fix the quality of food.

Gave them a second chance, (wrong choice) and the second bowl to arrive was correct, but about 1/3 full compared to how they usually fill it. It was also mostly rice and lettuce, with a few small pieces of meat, 1 (ONE) slice of pepper, and the smallest sprinkle of cheese. I try not to be hard on fast food workers because I know they encounter horrible people all the time, but it is not that hard to properly make a chipotle bowl. They’re definitely skimping out on how much they fill it so they don’t have to refill their stations as often. Absolutely ridiculous service for how much it costs. Also anytime I’ve been here in person the dining area is not clean.

Went to go pick up my order and it hadnt even been made yet. Online orders dont tell you when theyre out of something so i got substituted for 3 items on this order. The substitutions are meaningless because thats not what I ordered. This is my 2nd time of being here, and i will try it a 3rd time at some point so if they do this again, i will never go back. I spend over $20 for my order and only got half of what I ordered.
