  Never even got my food waited 2 hours past original order to see it canceled on the ap after watching them change the time 20 times. No phone call or any explanation what so ever you get a call center instead of the store what a joke.

  Im not mad. Just dissapointed. I ordered $50 worth of pizza to feed my workers. Everything was fine until we asked for extra bbq sauce on our pizza. Well they decided that a negative amount of sauce was acceptable. Nay nay. So I called and politelly asked to exchange the pizza for one with the requested amount of sauce. When they returned with the second pizza I thought, "All is well because I can smell the scent of bbq sauce emminating from the box, right?" Oh Nay Nay. Well this is the sick joke they decided to send me. (See pic below). Opening the box errupted a tsunami of bbq sauce that flattened our workplace like a hurricane. The half of us drowned in it, coughing up the sweet brown texas nectar. My weakest employee slipped on a puddle of sauce and ended up in the ICU due to a compression fracture of the T-12 vertibre. We cant pay her out because workers comp doesnt cover sauce related accidents. Before the sauce completely over took the entire west end of the city I called my wife to tell her that I love her and this may be the last time we ever speak to eachother. Fortunately I survived with nothing more than acute pnuemonia due to bbq sauce in my lungs. The aftermath left my lead assistant covered head to toe in the brown spicy crying tears made of bbq sauce because it was lodged in his tear ducts. I called pizza hut back and asked them if they meant to dissapoint me because if so then objective complete. Its 11:30 pm and im still wiping bbq sauce out of my rear end. So lesson learned I guess. in fear for my life and the safety of my employees, I dont think ill be complaining about anything to this pizza hut ever again.

  Carol the manager that was working tonight was extremely unprofessional, I got an estimated delivery time of 7:36 pm by 8:06 pm my order was still not delivered so I called to ask about how long it was when she got on the phone after asking a question to the employee who was also very rude and didn’t give a name I asked to speak to the manager when she got on the phone all she said was HELLO! I asked about my order she said I don’t know who said 30 minutes but we’re so far behind ok cool that’s fine I said do we have an estimated delivery time and she said couldn’t tell you even if I wanted to, I said ok can we just cancel she said whatever! One of the rudest most nasty managers Pizza Hut has hired. Will not be returning to this location or any at that matter

  Literally drove 40 minutes with out of state company to go to a CLASSIC Pizza Hut. We walked up to the door where they had a poster board sign on the door saying dining room closed. When we inquired, we were told they don't have enough staff. But we could order pizza to go. Absolutely unacceptable.....wondering if the owner knows customers are basically being turned away . Wow.....
