- BBBriMay 8, 20261.0I placed an online order this morning at around 4:20. I sat and waited in the drive thru line until 5am. That is ridiculous. Also, when I did finally get to the window, my hot food had been sitting for almost 40 minutes and was cold. My drinks were still not made and I did not receive my donuts. If I didn't already pay, I would have left. I will not return to this location. Will go to Starbucks instead.

- JHJonathan HunterApr 28, 20261.0The service at that Dunkin is horrible. Ordered a 6 dollar meal deal, a latte and a bagel and they tried to charge me almost 15 dollars for it, then tried to argue about what was on the receipt. I would rather drive to the Dunkin on 62 from now on.

The donut bag didn't even have all of the 3 donuts, when I had asked about it, the girl at the counter asked me if I was sure I didn't have it, I confirmed I was missing one. She walks to coworker, laughs comes back and says "I'm sorry, what was it that happened?" Like, what? Did you just forget what I had just said? The donuts were stale, this was possibly one of the most discombobulated locations I have been to.
