I would never bother ordering takeout, I showed up 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and stood there for 20 minutes before anyone even bothered to ask for a name. No I’m sorry no acknowledgment that they were in the wrong no nothing….Oh yeah, and that whole time my order was sitting in a box getting cold. If it was a busy weekend I could be understanding but a weekday when there are hardly any people there is a little ridiculous!

Every time no matter the different days, or times I have experienced slow service has been the same. Being seated took longer than any Buffalo Willd Wings that I have encountered and that is a many of them all over in many states. Then after being seated being waited on just as slow. I am not sure if short staffed is the issue or some other issues. If you are not in hurry or a super patience person the food is good once you get it. Wait staff is really nice when they finally make contact with you.

After waiting for 20 minutes at the front no one even spoke to us. There was about 5 other groups waiting to even out names in. Some people left. We will NOT be back.
