  Stopping here after hitting Baxter's was such a great decision. We tried the Chong (pepperoni enjoyers MUST GET) and the Shaggy and Scooby. They somehow managed to make me fall in love with a pizza that has chocolate chips and peanut butter on it, and I think I'd trust them with my life after this experience. You have to try it at least once if you're brave enough!

  I have now given this place two chances and had the same exact experience with the same exact issues each time. Years a part. The place is connected to a bar.. Which is great for them. Keeps them busy. But they also are operating independently with to go orders, call ins, walk ins, dine ins and door dash... They simply are not set up to handle all of those orders at once. At no point should you ever , ever get to a point where you are telling people who order that it will be over an hour for food. If you get near that number the first thing you do is Shut off Doordash. Having worked food service I know that it is possible to shut off doordash. Then you tell anyone calling in or coming in to order that you are not taking anymore orders at this time. You need to catch up to the orders you have. By taking way too many orders you put pressure on your workers which causes them to get sloppy. I got the pull a part g knots.. expect they were never cut in anyway. So they didnt pull apart. it was a giant loaf of bread that i had to tear with a lot of effort apart. Another issue which shined was 1. They were clearly overwhelmed and rushing. They closed the lid on the knots so fast that the bread melted to the lid. They under cooked my pizza which meant the dough was so soggy when you picked it up the cheese just slid right off. the employee's were nice enough but the owner/manager needs to look at order of operations. first orders to be made are in house orders, people ordering togo first ( as they are not waiting or having a drink next door), then people in the bar, then call in or online orders, then last but not least if you have time doordash.. Doordash puts unacceptable pressure on the companies to meet certain times. if they company does not they get in trouble with doordash. The owner needs to get his act together. He has lasted 5 years based soley on the fact that he is one of the only pizza shops downtown. As soon as another similar shop opens up.. He will go out of business fast. Edit: the fact the ownership responds to problem reviews by using a canned reply to contact the store is a perfect example of them not caring. If you legit care about every problem reviews you will make a custom reply to each issue.

  Totally Baked Pizza absolutely delivered for us. They were slammed when we went in, but you’d never know it by how well they handled everything. Communication was great, service stayed on point, and the food came out awesome. The pizza itself was fantastic — the kids loved the cheese, and my wife and I went with the Betty White, which was incredible. You can tell they care about what they’re putting out even when it’s busy. Highly recommend checking them out.

  This place was a great find! They were very understaffed, BUT the Pizza Chef, John, was absolutely AMAZING! He was welcoming and accommodating to our large party! He was basically working a full house on his own and Crushed it! The Pizza was absolutely delicious and hot, fresh, with high quality toppings! 12/10 recommend!
