The facility was very dirty. The bay we were in (208) still had food and wrappers on the floor, table, and seats from the last customer. The floors were sticky and the seats also had stuff on them. Even the rest room was dirty. There were used paper towels on the floor, water and soap on the mirror, and counter was also dirry. The food quality was sub par. We ordered the Mediterranean Trio and the humus and tzatziki sauce were liquid and the veggies were warm and wilted. The chicken tenders were also overcooked. We never received the waters we ordered (except for the first round) or the extra sauces. Our server rarely came to our table and never took initiative to help resolve the problem.
I will visit Top Golf again, but I would have to highly reconsider coming back to visit the Akron location.

The prices for online are different than when you get to the bay. Which was really annoying. The staff was friendly. The bay was filthy. They said it was ready and we got there and it was not cleaned at all. Still had food and drinks from whomever had it prior. When they finally came to clean it they just removed the items from the table but never wiped it down. We were stuck with a dirty table. The whole bay needed a wipe down because it was all dirty. The couches had a weird odor to them, sticky, and weren’t comfy. We had a good time, but this place needs cleaned up and the prices need to match online.

If I could I would leave 0 stars, went there this weekend with my family for a fun activity to do, we were there for 2 hours as a small booth of 3. During our play time about 15-20 minutes remaining a larger party comes in right next to us, we clearly get treated less when the manager approaches us and tells us that our booth was reserved for that party as well but they’ll let us finish our game. This quickly upset all of us by interrupting our play time to let us know they’re clearly prioritizing a larger party ($$), while we had already paid. The other party kept eyeing us and talking about us making us uncomfortable, and the manager was offering them free drinks for whatever reason. Very unprofessional would not recommend they don’t consider every paying customer equal. 0/5 never coming back

Know Before You Go…
We’ve visited this location several times over the years and have always had a great time. Even though prices have increased since Topgolf took over the facility, we would still come back because it’s a fun experience.
What caught us off guard, however, was the mandatory lifetime membership fee. At least one person in your group is required to purchase a membership before you can play. While the fee itself isn’t necessarily the issue, it wasn’t disclosed on the website or before we were escorted to our bay. We only learned about it when we were signing in to begin our reservation. If you’re visiting on a budget, this unexpected charge can be frustrating. It would be much more transparent if the requirement were clearly stated during the booking process or upon arrival.
We also had another disappointing experience during a recent visit. When checking in, an employee entered my phone number incorrectly, which prevented us from accessing our reservation. It took approximately 15–20 minutes to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, because our bay was booked immediately after our reservation, we weren’t able to make up the lost time—even though the delay was caused by Topgolf’s error. We also weren’t offered a partial refund or any other accommodation.
Overall, we still enjoy Topgolf and will likely return, but I hope they improve transparency regarding the required membership fee and provide better customer service when mistakes on their end impact a guest’s experience.

Some disappointing aspects here. We arrived a bit early so they told us we could sit at the bar until our bay was cleaned and we would get a text when it was ready. Ten minutes past our scheduled time I had no text so I went back to the front desk and asked and they said it was ready. When we got to our bay, ten minutes was already deducted from our time. It just sucks that they told us we’d get a text and then we were penalized for trusting that.
Was looking forward to the convenience of the mobile ordering food and drinks but learned from our waiter that you still have to flag them down and tell them you are ordering, otherwise they are not notified. What is the point of mobile ordering if you still have to flag down a waiter? The golf was fun, no complaints there, but miffed at those other aspects.
