  I had an excellent visit to Topgolf Akron! It was my first time playing at a Topgolf location. One of the staff members, Daisy, helped me with an issue that I was having after I accidentally canceled (instead of modifying) an online reservation that I had made using a coupon code from my mobile phone provider. She made sure that after I rebooked my reservation, that I would receive the offer the following day and also stopped by my bay to introduce herself to ensure that my visit was enjoyable. She is awesome! Thank you to her manager as well. Shout-out to the kind young lady at the front desk that greeted me (I don't know her name unfortunately) and also AJ, my server at my golf bay, he was awesome too. Great customer service all around and I will definitely be returning again.

  This is a wonderful facility! We will definitely come back! Landry was a great server when we played on the upper deck. Very attentive and friendly. As was everyone else we came in contact with. It’s clean, has lots of different games, and people seem to be enjoying themselves, even to ones who cannot it the ball! Sadly, the bartender could not get it together enough to bring our drink or take our food order. We walked.

  We normally have a good time but me and my boyfriend and two friends went tonight and were disappointed. We had each had maybe half a beer and asked for a shot, as we were all ubering, and were told no by our server. We were all celebrating so this was a bit confusing and a let down. We ended up going to the bar for drinks and barely saw our server for the next hour. He didn't come around until we had 20 minutes left and then asked if we planned to extend our time. We said we werent sure and had to think about it. We were asked maybe another 3 times. The last time he asked he told us we could sit at the bar instead. We did because it felt like we were being pushed that way anyway. I would come back but will ask for a new server next time.

  We had reservations for dinner and golf. This was our joint bachelor/bachelorette trip. When we got there I saw my pregnant friend pushing tables together for our party because the staff told her to do it. We waited about 15 minutes before a server acknowledged us only because one of the guys went searching for someone to come take our order. We were the only table in the room so it isn't like they didn't see us. There were servers sitting in booths on their phones and eating, making eye contact with us and still no one said anyone would be right with us. We finally got our orders in and we had to ask 3 times for a side of ranch and by the time we got it, everyone else were done eating. Thankfully the service was better outside when we went golfing but it was awful inside. One of the members of the party got food poisoning from here. Definitely won't be back for food.

  Worst TopGolf ever! The waitress was rude! We had a corporate event. We were told e could not go to the bar once we started playing, but no waitstaff was around. We were given drink tickets for a set menu. None of which I liked. I could pay for it myself (no problem). However we ordered, gave a credit card and never got our drinks. When I let the waitress know, she got rude and said we never ordered anything. Not even an "I am sorry"... let me get that order in right away ... nothing! Just got rude and said we didn't order and walked away... instead I went to the bar and ordered it myself... $13 for a watered down Long Island Iced Tea. The course is not near as nice as Cleveland or Columbus... It is all flat. The staff did not even tell us how to play the games. Do NOT recommend this TopGolf location!
