We had a great time. Our server was good. The food is eh. The drinks are weak. Next time I'll stick to beer. The golf games were super fun. For the 12 of us we spent about $700 on play and drinks. Plus tip. So about $850 in total.

This was our very first experience with anything remotely like this place. We dont golf, we don't have many places like this where we're from. Soo here was our experience and why our rating is what it is.
Upon arriving my family and kids were very excited to see what this place was all about. We had been planning our visit for a week. We were on a road trip visiting family and we all wanted to be together. Being there was so many of us (16). We called a week ahead and had to reserve 3 bays (absolutely no problem) we were then guaranteed to be side by side. We reserve 3 bays which we paid half down upfront for (again absolutely no problem). Our reservation was planned for 5pm-7pm on 5/2. We then called a few times throughout the week leading up to our trip just to make sure everything was still good to go.
On 5/2 part of our party arrived at 430 to get signed in and bays set up and ready. At the desk we were told there was no way we could be together because of the other reservations. We were obviously a little upset about this we specifically planned this place to play and spend time together as a whole. After being guaranteed to be together we had made no back up plans. We informed them we were told on multiple occasions by different staff everything was good to go. So after back and forth they said they would fix it. Fixing it took 45 minutes. By the time they fixed it our play time had already started. The very nice employee that helped us said he would fix the time for us after the confusion.
My family and I headed up to the second floor where we located our bays. Staff came 10 minutes later and asked us if we needed any help getting set up or if we wanted to order anything. We started with setting up our games and then ordered some stuff to drink. Waitress brought us out our drinks and then as far as my bay and my family went, no one came back to ask us about food. And because of that I tried placing our order through the online option 3 separate times and it wouldn't go through. It was 630 before I caught one of our waitresses to place our order. Food was done pretty quick (about 15-20 minutes) which put us at 645-650. After handing us our food they came back and asked us to pay our bill. Immediately after paying the bill (maybe 5 minutes) they told us we needed to leave the area. They informed us we could move to the restaurant but we'd need to leave the bay. This, giving my kids at max, a total of 10 minutes to eat their food. I have 3 toddlers....they weren't even able to eat half their food. They didn't offer to help us move our food from the second floor to the first floor restaurant or even consider mentioning before handing it to us they were no longer going to extend our time past the 20-30 minutes it took us into our reservation to get our bays together like they were already supposed to be.
While we had fun with the time we got to play...unfortunately for us my family and I spent a combined total near $800 to play and eat to get cut off a half an hour earlier than planned because of the mistake on their end. Then REQUIRED we pay an 18% tip which in a case where service matched, we would've been more than happy to pay.
While staff was friendly, the location was nice, and my family did have fun, due to the mess we had to go through for the price we paid I think we'll plan for something else next time we're in the area.

Didn't get to golf, make sure you make a reservation ahead of time. It was an hour and a half wait so we went somewhere else.

Sadly the place is going downhill fast. Needs to close for a few days and be completely scrubbed down, replace broken equipment, and retrain the staff. The service used to be on brand but recently has made us not want to return.

We were here for a birthday gathering. We enjoyed the food, and we had fun golfing. The only problem was one of our TV screens wasn't working properly, and when we asked about having it fixed was told they were aware of the problem and they couldn't do anything about it. We still had a good time, but it would have been more fun to be able to watch what everyone was doing on the screen.
