  Placed a mobile order and walked here just to find the doors locked with zero warning or signage. No note about being short staffed, nothing. Called multiple times and got completely ignored. After waiting close to an hour, I had to awkwardly walk up to the drive-thru just to get answers, and the employee was rude and cut me off mid-sentence when I asked a simple question. Terrible communication and even worse customer service. Won’t be coming back.

  Couldn't do more than 5 items so we couldn't get our meals?? They also wouldn't let us do separate orders instead. Staff these people up, fail on corporate, management and the employees.

  This is the best Taco Bell in Akron. All of these other bad reviews are lies! All of the Employees are Outstanding! And Everything is done right! I highly recommend this Taco Bell. And the Managers are highly kind and professional

  Tried to order food at midnight when this location is supposed to be open until 4 AM and was refused service because I was not a DoorDash or ordering through the mobile app and in the past this location has also limited the amount of items that I have been able to order at one time. This staff is notorious for having attitude issues when serving in the drive-through will definitely not be visiting this location again. I’ll go somewhere where the staff actually want to serve food.
