  We had fettuccine with meatballs, the meatballs were excellent but the marinara is bland, needs some herbs and garlic, perhaps a touch of sugar to cut the acid. We also had the lasagna, it’s pretty good, the sauce could use the same suggestions as the marinara, there was a nice amount of cheese but the ricotta was bland. We also had a crimini mushroom and cheese appetizer, it was unspectacular, but the dipping sauce was interesting. The bread included with the meal was nice and the salads very good. We might go back because we liked the service and the mom and pop vibe, but it’s Italian like Taco Bell is Mexican.

  Well, I just ordered the bacon Smashburger Deep fried ravioli and triangle mozzarella when I tell you, I ate Smashburger fries, raviolis, and mozzarella. I ate it all. It was wonderful. I needed a good meal for this Sunday Afternoon and it turned out to be a great meal thank you San Marino’s

  The food was better than I expected. Old school Italian with a new twist to it. We were so surprised. The portions are HUGE. Flavorful and tender chicken, marinara was spot on, too. Details are paid attention to. The service was amazing. Our server was a kind young lady (I can’t remember her name) said she had only been working there for a few weeks. She did great work! Knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely be back very soon.   Split a small pizza with sausage, onion and black olives (8 slices!) with my mom. Best pizza I have ever had!! Loved every bite! Also got a piece of their lemon raspberry cheesecake and of course, it was simply amazing!! This will be my new "go to" whenever I'm in Akron.

  first time supporting this local business and wasn't disappointed. portions were big and the taste was unbelievable. had the veal- spaghetti diner, the garlic bread was out of this world. nice salad too.
