  Great food, great hours (especially if you work late and most places are closed when you get off), and the workers are by and large of pretty decent service from my experience. Only thing holding em back is the occasional issues filling orders right. would be especially cautious ordering delivery. For example, ordered delivery on the Rally's website a few days ago, and was promptly delivered my food, however one of my drinks was missing. The driver was very polite and professional informing me that was everything they gave him and to try to use the feedback link to report the issue. On a later in person visit I found out this was because their shake machine had been, and still was, down. Understandable, but less understandable is: 1) not being contacted about it even after selecting the option for any out of stock items to flag a message to me. 2) being charged nearly $5 for a drink you didn't get. And 3) when trying to resolve the issue using the recommended feedback link, getting nowhere. The food is good! especially the bomb fries, the mozzarella sticks and that red gold sauce with the slightest of kicks. the price is a bit high for fast food, especially with the $4 meal deal going away, but that was a limited time thing anyway from my understanding, and even then it's nothing crazy, still pretty affordable. The customer facing people working seem decent enough too! They're the ones that dragged the service score from a 2 to a 3 given the delivery complications and such. It's just a shame that little order issues keep popping up every handful of visits. though again, far far less when ordering in the drive thru. Would certainly recommend if you're going to get some good Rally's to just drive the trip over for the drivethru, to both avoid delivery fees and to greatly better the odds of your order being filled right.

  Love rallys but this location was hella slow and kinda rude. After 35 min waiting food finally came and even tho it took forever (and made me late) it was hot and very good

  This is and was the worst experience I've ever had. I was goaded into getting angry which I shouldn't have done. I ordered through the app and was told at the window where I went to pick up my order. I went to the other side and no one acknowledged I was there or even asked for a name. I then pulled out and parked. I went to the window to ask for a refund which "yes, sure" should have the words to come out of the window attendant started giving me many reasons as to why I should keep waiting. Then 2 other girls got in on it and that's when things got loud. I was told I would get no refund nor would I get my order. I will absolutely never go to another Checkers Rallys. There are only 2 in my city and they both are quite a drive. So to go through all that is not what customer service is. Don't argue your customers into anger. Learn some decent human decency or get out of customer service.

  🤬 ONCE AGAIN!!! ORDERED MONSTERELLA STICKS....WAS SUPPOSED 2 COME WITH MARINARA SAUCE!!! DIDN'T GET ANY MARINARA SAUCE!!! 🤬 CLEARLY THE MENU SAYS: "served with a side of marinara sauce" Xtremely disappointed!!! 👍👍 Big Buford 👍👍 👎👎 Monsterella Sticks 👎👎
