  This is by far the worst papa John’s I have ever ordered from. We ordered a pizza paid for it, was able to show proof of payment and when we went to pick up the pizza they said that it wasn’t paid for, so they weren’t able to give us the pizza. We tried showing them the confirmation of the order by the GM was not willing to help. Tried calling the store and GM essentially said that even if I put a complaint in that he was the highest one there and it wouldn’t go anywhere. Still didn’t get the pizza. Continues to try to talk to the GM on the phone to try and figure it out he intern said “I’m not going to argue with you, I’m busy” and hung the phone up. Horrible customer service.

  I was really looking forward to your new Philly cheesesteak sandwich. We order 2 sandwiches, , 2 pizzas, and 2 wings. Most of the food was okay but the Philly was not very good. The bread was too hard for that sandwich and the filling was about 1/4 of what the menu showed. The bread took over the sandwich and the filling was really hard to taste much. Everything else was acceptable. Please try better. Spent over $60 For 5 people.

  Great I went there went my kid and they gave us free pops and my son was making them so happy we got a free pizza and it was just so great
