- HEHeather EngleAug 13, 20261.0We haven't got pizza from papa john in a while but this pizza makes it evident way. I ordered a medium original crust, original sauce pepperoni mushrooms. It is Thin crust, edible. But NOT what I order. It is completely unacceptable to order food, have them charge 36 dollars for 2 med pizza. And not get what you ordered. They once was a great place to eat. Im old enough to know what original crust is this is not it.

I called in and I forget the young lady’s name but she was super apologetic and helpful. Immediately set up to have the rest delivered and threw in an extra full stuffed crust pizza AND an extra 2-liter. Supreme customer service!! Also the doordash driver for the first part of delivery didn’t really seem to care about the situation but the Papa John’s driver that brought the rest was absolutely amazing!
- MMMarkMar 17, 20265.0A little late on this review. A couple weeks ago stopped in for a half pepperoni/cheese pizza. The staff, I believe his name was Joe, was very kind and working his tail off. The food was good, typical papa John's quality for what chain pizza is. Very hot, reasonably priced and efficient. Thanks! I hope he sees this (i think he was the manager that evening so if I messed up his name, I apologize)
