  We go to this Panera A LOT, and by far my biggest issue is with the order inaccuracy. With nearly HALF of our orders there is at least one thing wrong with it. The food tastes good and the value is okay, but if you go here, be sure to check that what you receive is what you ordered.

  We didn’t stay to get food because no one greeted us, and there was a sign that said “kiosk only.” We spent 4 months in Naples going to different Paneras at least 3 times a week. Amazing service! Met friends there. This Akron Panera is an embarrassment to your brand. And breakfast sandwiches should be available all day long!

  Multiple times have waited 25+ minutes past the communicated pickup time for an online prepaid order. I’m done, and I’d recommend you avoid this location until they can staff appropriately or provide proper expectations.

  Don’t try to order online they push it through DoorDash, then DoorDash bundles it with multiple other orders. You won’t have your food for an hour or two by the time you get it it’s mush, cold and trash then you try to call the store to talk to a manager and they won’t get on the phone nor would they talk to you and you waste $80 on trash.
