I have never had any food hot or even warm at this McDonald's. The fish is always cold and the fries are always cold. I go in the evening so maybe its the food from lunchtime but the food is CONSISTENTLY cold and thats a problem.

Just left there and there were several fries that were green, yes green. I don't get to talk to anyone cause they were overwhelmed and probably understaffed. McDonalds is getting worse and worse. The prices go up and the quality goes down.

I had to wait for food, I don't know if they over looked me or my order but people came in after me with bigger orders and left before me. Now to be fair the other 9 times they would have gotten 4stars all around ( nobody is perfect) but this was that 1 time and I got screwed.

Drive thru experience, ordered online, in the parking lot to obtain app discounts first. The food was nice, hot, and delicious. The drive-thru service was courteous, expedient, and I believe this visit I had miscalculated that I requested NO SALT on the fries, but even with MY MIX-UP in the app, they still provided me with what I had ordered and did it WITHOUT making me feel like "one of those incompetent customers". The service was spot on and as soon as my order was fully complete, they brought it right on out to me. I have gladly consummed food here quite a few times, just because of the service. As with all things, these days, the price-point can be retty extensive, but what isn't now and days and with a never-ending, always adjusting and constant re-calculation of costs; sizes that don't add up to what you're spending in today's economy. My husband, whom I know is right, does tell me I could save so much more, if I just packed something, and commit to "proper planning" the day prior. I know when purchasing a meal for myself and visiting my student (young adult), it can be upwards of almost $30, especially when you throw in a couple of pies. Now those are delicious. And I LOVE their CARAMEL FRAPPE'S!!! That is MCDONALD'S PERIOD. Purchasing those are EMPHATICALLY a treat, especially being a large frappe. You're looking at OVER $7, and add in the tax... Over $8 and add in an espresso shot, you're definitely over $10. That's why it's a treat... Not required, just PURE enjoyment!! 💕♥ ON FOOTBALL GAME DAYS, THERE CAN BE A LINE, BUT THEY WORK DILIGENTLY AND EXPEDITIOUSLY TO GET ORDER, AND PEOPLE, IN and OUT.
