  Always seem to be short staffed. What do the best they can with the staff that they have. Will do substitutions and suggestions for make fresh,just have to wait.

  I bought a snack wrap from there yesterday and not only was the chicken not done, but it also tasted like weed.

  Went in with my kids to a nasty dining room. The order kiosk wasn't taking my card payment so I had to go to the register where we were ignored for over 5 minutes. K. Ordered on the app and went through the drive thru. Girl said our shakes weren't able to be made. Get to the next window, and our shakes were made. Ok, great! Daughter has to use restroom. Go inside again, restrooms are locked, get mangager to finally open the door, and there is no toilet paper. Finally get back out to our vehicle and start eating my burger, and my bun has burnt sesame seeds all over it, the fries were somehow old, gross, and half filled, and we didn't get our barbecue sauce. Literally the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.
