  The woman in drive thru has no customer service skills at all. She was just very short and sounded like she didn’t want to be there. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon and they gave me a quarter pounder with cheese and only pickles. The only thing that was in my quarter pounder was cheese and pickles smh. My ranch snack wrap seemed like the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. I was in a rush because I was on break from work and didn’t have time to wait for it to be corrected.

  Well today is mothers day! Althought I don’t have a wife to celebrate this amazing day with, I do still have a mom, and one of her favorite treats is breakfast from mcdonalds. She lives in fairlawn so today I’m hitting up the macdonalds in fairlawn ohio. Ive been here a couple a couple times and never had a botched order, i always use the app and build up points that way. Today we getting mom her favorite, a yummy bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a hashbrown. My nephew stopped by too so we got him a mcgriddle pancakes and wow he loved those things!!! Service always fast. Service always friendly. This location holds up the reputation of mcdonalds for always getting the same quality food that you expect. 5 stars. Happy mothers day to all those moms out there!!!

  Dinner order took more than 15 minutes and was wrong when received. They forgot our drink and a plain quarter pounder came with everything. I hope I never have to return to this location.

  Attention McDonalds corporate team! This is the McDonalds from my childhood! Bring this back!!! So bright vibrant and fun! All McDonalds need to be like this one! I enjoyed watching my kids play and making memories like I did when I was a kid! Take notes doing what is best for the company is not always what’s best for your customers!

  Floor was filthy. Waited at counter while multiple people walked by and NO ONE (including the Manager who saw me standing there) addressed me to take my order until I complained. Food took exceptionally long to come out for only chicken nuggets and fries.
