I do not recommend this location based on a serious safety concern and the way my family says we were treated. My 4-year-old autistic son picked up what appeared to be an open alcoholic beverage can that had been left in the restroom within a child’s reach. After I notified staff about the hazard, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. I also overheard employees making negative comments about my son, and during a later conversation with management, I believe I overheard a derogatory slur directed toward him. As the parent of an autistic child, this experience was heartbreaking. Every child deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I hope this location takes these concerns seriously, investigates what happened, and provides additional disability awareness and customer service training for its staff.

As an autism advocate, I am deeply concerned by the experience a local family shared with me regarding this location. According to the mother, after reporting a serious child safety concern involving an item left within a child’s reach, she and her 4-year-old autistic son were allegedly met with disrespect instead of compassion. She also reported hearing derogatory comments about her child, which, if accurate, are completely unacceptable.
Every family deserves to feel safe and respected when visiting a business. Children with autism are children first, and they deserve patience, dignity, and understanding not judgment or ridicule.
I sincerely hope management investigates this complaint thoroughly, addresses any inappropriate conduct if it occurred, and provides meaningful disability awareness and customer service training. Accountability and education can help ensure no other family has a similar experience.
Ordered a simple 10 pc and fries with snack wrap. They forgot the snack wrap and gave me a fish sandwich l. And when I reorder wrap it comes w literal brown lettuce and looked disgusting and messy with a few sprinkles of unmelted cheese. Not only do they not pay attention to their work they just don't care.

A bunch of women talking, dancing and joking around. No
Attention to someone waiting to be served. Rude and acting as if they didn’t have time to serve you. Overall a bad experience in eating a lunch. I hope the other McDonalds aren’t this bad.

I just had a 40-minute long drive-thru experience at this McDonald's. This is atrocious. It took me 18 minutes to get from the point where I ordered my food to pull up to the window and the rest of that time I was just waiting at the window for my food. I know this is McDonald's but come on
