  My boyfriend went their at 5:30am he gets a Carmel ice coffee no ice they made it wrong he told the person it was made wrong then he makes another one made it wrong. My boyfriend calls up their to find out why it was made wrong the person hangs up then he trys to call back and they take the phone off so it's busy so they didnt have to answer. That isn't professional at all.

  Poor service. Broken machines. No one informs you that machine is broken. Long queues left unattended.

  Worst MacDonalds ever was given the wrong order after I specifically said no cheese on my sons burger get home open the bag and was still cheese on there . So I had to return with the burgers and had to wait an extra 15 minutes to redo order

  Horrible service! Went through drive thru nobody took my order so I went in stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I seen an employee that walked past me not acknowledging me. When I asked for assistance she told me "one minute". Once I did order when I got it it was wrong so I asked for correction and she wanted to argue.

  Orders always take forever. You'll be waiting for 30 minutes or longer sometimes. Recently I ordered for in-store pickup and they were closed inside, doors locked so I wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru just for them to tell me that they can't hand me my food. Find somewhere else to eat. It's not worth it!
