  They're lucky to get 1 start from me. This is the worst McDonald's there is. Service is terrible and the food isn't all that either. I've seen workers just standing around while I have to wait for my food even though my order was supposed to be ready. And when I ask about it, they said "oh shoot." Mind you, nobody else was there and there was no line in the drive thru. They just need to simply do better or just shut down. This McDonald's isn't far from me but I'd rather drive out the way than to deal with this establishment. Very very disappointed.

  Well, If you're reading this- I guess you have figured out that this is the same Mickey D's that you're used: with different faces. Congrats to you. Big Mac's and Filet o' Fish! Winner, winner, Fast food dinner... Ha!

  This is the slowest McDonald’s! I always bypass it to go to Howe or Tallmadge Circle because the customer service is better. This morning I stop by to get a coffee and the workers never acknowledged me after waiting in the driveway through for 20 minutes. I had a mobile order. I went to the window and the worker is just looking at me, drinking her water. Instead of just saying they’re behind or delayed their opening time. When I called the manager offers a refund which takes a week of course. Then lied and said her name is Kathy. It is ALWAYS so unprofessional there.

  Honestly, this is one of the worst McDonald's locations I have ever visited. I used to like this place, but recently, it has gone completely downhill. Today, August 15th, at around 8:00 PM, I placed a drive-thru order for four McChickens, one medium fry, and a 10-piece McNuggets. I was told I had to wait for the nuggets to be made, but that wait ended up taking around 10 minutes. When I finally received my bag, I didn't check it right away. However, when I arrived home, the nuggets weren't even in there! Honestly, it just feels like theft at this point. I live relatively close to this McDonald's, and it is incredibly frustrating to consistently experience missing items and very slow service. If you are looking for quick service, accurate orders, and a nice experience, I highly recommend avoiding this McDonald's location.

  There is definitely something very wrong at this McDonalds. Ordered on the app. Went to pick it up, AFTER paying on the app. Pulled to the first window where we were informed there is NO coffee. The machines are down again. Why are they ALWAYS down??? Told we had to get a refund on the app.!!!! We asked for two sodas instead. We were handed a small cup of PALE YELLOW Sprite. I gave it back asking for another Large drink. We were given back a large cup of carbonated water. We gave that back, asking for a lemonade instead. We were told , we have NO Lemonade either. So, we basically paid $10.50 for a large Coke Zero with our meal deal. In addition we experienced a half hour of total incompetence and frustration from McDonalds. The girl serving us acted like she had no idea about anything. Of course there was NO ONE else around in the place. The steak on the biscuit looked and tasted like it had been cooking for a day!! Hash Browns were greasy and cold. I stand by my words when I say I won't go back to places. I will stand by this one too. DONT GO HERE, THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A STORE. BYE BYE McDummdums!!
