  Ordered 2 dozen online to pick up 7 hours later. Arrived to be told twice they would be ready in 30min. Never did get them. Got a refund and left with no donuts. They had 8 hours to make my order. Will not ever visit again.

  Couldn't get warm glazed donuts. But was informed they were fresh made today. But there not nearly as good as warm ones that I get in Tulsa Oklahoma. I won't go back to this location again.

  There service is so bad here anymore. The workers are rude and they don't ever have anything but glazed anymore.

  I love eating the fresh hot glazed donuts they practically melt in your mouth they're so good. To me Krispy Kreme is the only place to get good donuts. Thank you

  Extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. This is not a one-time issue - this happens every single time we place an early morning order. I specifically call ahead and confirm that my order will be ready by 6:15 AM, and every time I’m assured that won’t be a problem. Then I arrive, and the same employee is just now pulling up online orders and telling me it takes “at least 15 minutes” to make the coffee carafes. If that’s the case, why am I being told my order will be ready by 6:15? Even more concerning - the employee doesn’t appear to even walk into the store until 6:00 AM, which is when the store opens. How exactly are catering or online orders supposed to be prepared on time if staff isn’t there early enough to prep them? I go out of my way to call ahead, order ahead, and do everything possible to avoid being a last-minute inconvenience - yet somehow I’m treated like I’m the problem for expecting my order to be ready at the agreed-upon time. The excuse is always, “No one told me,” or “I’m just now pulling up the online orders.” If the store opens at 6:00, why are online orders just being reviewed at 6:05? If your store cannot realistically fulfill early pickup orders, then stop accepting them -or stop promising times you clearly have no intention of honoring. Repeatedly wasting customers’ time is not acceptable.
