  I called before arriving for a Box O' Joe. The app wouldn't let me order it. I arrived it was not ready, that was fine. I wasn't in a big hurry. It was 10:50 am. I was the only person in there and there was no one at the drive thru at that time. Jayden was the person "helping me". When he said it was ready. I went to get the box, the cups, lids, sugar and creamer. The box was a mess it was not put together correctly, the spout was inside the box. The box was wet and covered with coffee. The bag containing the other things was too small the cups and lids were falling out. I asked him if he could help me fix the box so that I could pour coffee from it. He said no. I asked him for a large bag for the other things. He grabbed a huge bag and threw it at me. And walked away He didn't even put the small bag in the very large bag. There were a few people in there at the time I was leaving so I didn't want to start anything. But I will definitely let everyone I know not to utilize this Dunkin! There is a Starbucks right down the street. Jayden is NOT an asset to this business!! He is very rude and unprofessional!!

  I live near the mogadore reservoir and I order my coffee before I walk out of my house. I make the 10 minute drive to this dunkin and my ONE preordered coffee is NEVER ready. They have lied to me and told me they were working on it, then said they actually dropped it and never remade it.. have your order as "ready" on the screen, yet they haven't started it. What is the point in ordering ahead if they don't prioritize those orders at all? Why can someone going through the drive thru get their coffee within 4 minutes but a preordered coffee is not ready within 10-15. This location has made me late to work, late to a funeral.. not to mention most of the time the drink tastes like they forgot to add the espresso? Cannot stand this location. They need to really hone in on their mobile order process because it sucks.

  So the last couple weeks, the bacon snack and the croissant with the sweet bacon has been cold. So I finally say something today, I said is there any way to heat this up the bacon is rubbery and it's cold. The girl says nope it's company policy to serve it at room temperature. This was not room temperature this was refrigerator cold. The cheese on my croissant isn't even melted because it's so cold. I'm absolutely done with this Dunkin. It takes forever to get your food or drink. I spend about $15 a day here. I thought once you guys remodeled you'd be better. It's only gotten worse. Is it company policy to serve your breakfast sandwiches at " room temperature " cold as well? I mean this is worse than McDonald's to be quite honest .

  Waiting half an hour for two drinks and an order of bagel bites is unacceptable. I don’t care how busy it is.

  Avoid this Dunkin’ location. I stopped in on Sunday morning, June 7, to purchase donuts for the nurses caring for my severely ill husband in the hospital. I was under significant stress and had very limited time, yet I was treated with a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that I have never experienced before. I came in with a legitimate concern, and instead of handling it professionally, the Assistant Manager repeatedly yelled, “Bye, don’t come back!” as I was leaving the store. What made the situation even more disturbing was that other staff members were laughing while this was happening. Rather than de-escalating the situation or demonstrating professionalism, they appeared to find the Assistant Manager’s behavior amusing. This conduct reflects very poorly on the culture of this location. No customer should ever be mocked, yelled at, or made to feel unwelcome for raising a concern. If the franchise owner is reading this, it would behoove you to reevaluate both your management team and the customer service training being provided to your staff. The behavior displayed that morning was unacceptable and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service skills. A thorough reeducation on how to appropriately interact with customers would be well warranted. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Dunkin’, and I would encourage others to consider whether this is a business they want to support.
