  I bring my toddler here and the workers are always super patient with him and let him pick out his own donuts. Truly such kind staff no matter how busy it is they will always take the time to make sure that you're taken care of 😭

  My order did take longer than usual (20- 30 mins) thats to be expected during a holiday. However my order was marked as complete even though a drink was missing. I asked an associate if maybe it got placed elsewhere she was snippy and told me I had to wait on it to be made. 10-15 minutes go by and my order was wiped off the board and everyone else who had online orders had been helped. Here's were (I hope I spell her name right) Caitlin asked what I was waiting on. I notified her and as I expected it HAD been misplaced and the whole time it was sitting on the counter hidden behind some things. She apologized and gave me great customer service. Although I wish the server I first asked had listened when I mentioned it probably had been misplaced I am very grateful that Caitlin noticed and worked to help me. She didn't let anyone waiting go unnoticed in the lobby. She greated and helped every customer that came in her sight. She deserves atleast some recognition for having such a positive attitude even in a stressful environment. Thank you for working on a day thats meant to celebrate wonderful people like you! :)

  Service was friendly but I ordered an XL hot coffee with six creams no sugar. The label said the same thing,but whoever filled it added sugar.

  i’m a frequent visitor to this location, have been since i moved to akron 4 years ago, they’ve always done me right up until a month or so ago. my coffee is hit or miss if it will actually taste like coffee or if its going to taste like bitter battery acid. i go today, order a bagel with cream cheese, and am given THIS. i used to work at dunkin. there is literally 0 excuse for this tiddlybit of cream cheese. if i wanted a plain bagel with no cream cheese i would have saved my money and ordered that. insane that i debate gambling for my morning coffee and food. i understand being busy, but that shouldnt sacrifice quality.

  Ordered through Doordash around noon. Donuts tasted old, were surprisingly small, and there was a hair in my box... Was not impressed
