I will not post pictures because I am in the Restaurant industry myself and I usually don’t bash other restaurants or write reviews AT ALL ! today I decided to order online to use my SUNDAY BUY TWO GET ONE FREE DEAL stood in line because I decided i wanted some QUESO AND CHIPS forgot my wallet in the car came back stood in line again 15 -20 mins go by watching this poor young lady working the WHOLE LINE by herself LINE SHOOTING TOWARDS THE DOOR and nobody ONCE decided to offer this young lady for help! Manager wdoing what ever god knows what writing something down like it was soooo important at the moment while she got customers to her door! But shes wasn’t even the manager for this location. She was completely in LALA LAND! I finally got irritated enough to say something because I forgot the ask for guacamole So I ask the cashier can he get me one and he said to the server that’s literally working the whole line BY HERSELF to get me a GUC. I instantly said “SO NOBODY GOING TO HELP HER! You can’t get it for her she’s on to the next customer!” smh THEN I went home and seen my BOWLS looked like SHIT ! I requested extra rice AND CHICKEN …. It wasn’t even enough to cover the bottom ! i didn’t know if it was my karma or if chipotle just got some shitty ass workers (Sigh) I guess the best thing I got out of this experience TODAY with chipotle was being able to tell your EMPLOYEES “TO BE BETTER PEOPLE! Y’all a team! help each other!” Location is full of SNOBBS ! This is a REAL REVIEW ! And I got 3 FREE PREMIUM BOWLS AND A REFUND! When y’all could have fixed it THE FIRST TIME !

Only got 2 of my 3 tacos. The chicken burrito looked really small so I opened it up. 3 small pieces of chicken on it, that’s it. The chicken quesadilla had so little ingredients that it was mostly just overcooked shell. I complained once before and they put 2 free entrees on my app. Which I tried to use several days later and the app wouldn’t allow it. Then they disappeared. Think I’m done with them
