- BBBee5 days ago1.0The female employee working the shift at 3:00 PM on Thursday was extremely impolite. She rolled her eyes when I was placing my order and continued to make faces and comments regarding the weight of the bowl. Subsequently, the employee made impolite remarks towards a colleague regarding their work. When we requested chips and guacamole, the same employee instructed the cashier to notify her before the customer departed. However, the cashier had already informed her about the guacamole request, and the employee had not been attentive. I recommend implementing improved training and fostering a more positive attitude. But thank you to the female employee at the register for showing manners and a kind attitude.

Most of the time they are out of rice and cheese. It’s not even close to closing time that I go. I’m constantly disappointed because I live so close, I would go here all the time if there was actually food available to eat.

At least they announced it every minute, to let incoming customers know, before they got up to the front. Chipotle Corporation - consider keeping this location better stocked, thank you! Edit - they managed to get more rice within 1 hour. Pretty good recovery, but yea, try not to run out in the first place :)
