- JBJacob Brock3 days ago3.0I've been going to this location for years. The food itself is well done in my opinion but the service is atrocious. They will wait to acknowledge you for your pickup orders for sometimes 15 minutes even if your order is done. They don't set them out to pick up as indicated. It's very frustrating. Also, the employees that work there look and act like they hate their lives

I will say that at this location the line seems to move pretty quickly and the quality of the product is on par. I would say they could be a little happier or more cheerful, but then again listening to the people that stream through there for hours at a time could probably steal from the exuberance of just about anyone. Well. Solid choice for a good meal at a good price

High volume should be no excuse to serve something like that. I don’t recommend ordering from this one. And yeah, I would LOVE my money back. No judgement towards the workers because they’re probably doing their very best haha but idk why I keep buying food from any restaurant anymore. My fault ig.
- SGsaleh ghanemAug 9, 20261.0Came in, stood in line for ten minutes, and the line didn't move at all. The same guy was up there ordering his food the entire time. They had one person making the food and for some reason everyone else was in the back. Ended up leaving because if I wanted to wait there it probably would've taken at least 30-40 minutes to get my food even though there were only a handful of people ahead of me. Normally the food is fine aside from the gristle on the chicken. They're just horribly staffed and not good at getting people through the line.
