  They are not friendly. They have messed up my order many times and I signed up on the app. It doesn’t make any sense. I do the rewards do your online order order it and when I get my receipt, there’s no rewards showing there no rewards showing on my app and when I ask for them to help me, they take a red marker that they have right there in front of their counter to circle my receipt and say you have to call this number I no longer will be getting them any of my service I paid $17 and some change and my order was done at 9 PM and the chicken was dry and tasteless and the fries weren’t even hot by the time I got home it just is terrible service. I left a message on their main number customer service because I feel that if I pay $17 I should get what I paid for. I’m expecting my money back and for them to do something about this local store because this is not the first time this has happened to me it’s happened on four different occasions at different times their employees are not friendly not helpful and they keep saying just call this number on your receipt call this number on your receipt. They don’t even wanna come to the counter to be honest with you and I see the way that they are treating other customers the same way it’s like as long as they can make your food and throw it in a bag and hand it to you. They’re really going somewhere and they’re offering you business that’s not business that’s rude and treating the customer like they are just a number they’re making money off of us and under delivering. In customer service quality of their food my days of going to Charlie’s is over

  Everything was wonderful. We went in 10mins before close. I felt so horrible. Everyone had a great attitude. They didn't treat us bad or give us attitude like other places would. Our food was super fresh. We also went in to order and take home. The inside was immaculate. Very positive vibes.
