  Wife and I were looking for somewhere to grab and go and found this restaurant. We ordered Birria tacos, chicken quesadillas, a street taco, and horchata. 10/10 will be getting food from here again. Staff was super friendly and food was made quickly. We were both really happy with our food and were full after.

  This may be my new favorite taco place in Akron, Ohio. It could possibly dethrone Taqueria La Loma. It’s a really small place so you’ll probably want to get carry out. It’s in the old Nori’s restaurant on Canton Road. The meat selection is not as vast as some of the other restaurants in Akron 👮. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. The tacos were seasoned more than they are at many of the other Akron areas Taco stands. I will return here and I would recommend it to friends. The pricing is in line with the other Taco stands in Akron 👮 not too cheap, but definitely a decent value, once compared to quality

  What an amazing spot for authentic Mexican street food here in Akron. We’ve went twice now; and let me tell you, if you haven’t already tried it, you’re missing out! The tacos are delicious (the chicken is amazing with whatever marinade they use & it pairs so well with their salsa verde, my husband really enjoyed the birria, and we both highly recommend the AMAZING chorizo!). We’ve also gotten the street corn and a side of rice both times and we were very impressed with the flavor and quality! We decided that we are definitely going to try the tamales next time we are in. I hope to see them get busier and busier, and hopefully even start carrying more favors of Jarritos sodas (guava and pineapple and mango, maybe? Though the tamarind is delicious) 😉. Customer service has also been excellent with plenty of kind faces. Support a local small, family business with great flavor and service!

  Carnitas and Tacos is some of, if not the best Mexican food Akron has to offer! We order from them at least every week, if not more. Their tamales are homemade, we usually get 6 chicken & 6 pork. Their carnitas is amazing whether you get it as tacos, a burrito, a quesadilla, or in bulk. We usually get a dozen tamales, carnitas tacos, al pastor tacos, chicharron con nopales tacos, & cow head tacos (when they have them; Saturday & Sunday). We LOVE them & would highly recommend! Oh! And the owners are amazing!

  I drive by this place all the time and I finally got to try it. I could tell that it was gonna be good but wow did it exceed my expectations! I got a burrito and the size of it put Chipotle to shame! The meet was so good and you can tell it's home made. My son got the barrios tacos with the casa consomme sauce. He's never had it and was blown away how good it was. It's a little pricey but still worth every cent! I'll definitely tback since my wife didn't get to have any cause she had to work lol. Great place great people, great food!
