  Disappointed. Came through the drive through and was talked to in a very fake female voice although it was an adult male. They then told me that my total was $52.00 on a $30 order. When questions he laughed and told me the true total and changed back to a male voice. Twice another employee made a comment about how “he’s a grown man doing that” and it really turned us off. We also sat at the window for an extended period of time waiting for our food. Handed the food to me and then didn’t say anything, just walked away from the window and I wasn’t even sure if everything was in the bag or if I should have still been waiting for -another bag. Ended up not even eating the food because I wasn’t sure it was even safe and there wasn’t something strange done to it due to the childish and odd behavior of the person handling the food. Waste of $32.00

  Manager is always super friendly and my crispy chickens always taste good and fresh! Small things in life. I do think portion sizes got smaller but that’s corporate

  Waited at drive thru for a full minute in silence. Then, no greeting, just "go ahead." I order. Pay. Told to pull up further and wait. I wait 15 minutes for "fast" food. Food finally arrives. Drive home. My bag is missing the spicy sauce packet for my chopped brisket sandwich. I also ordered the 8pc jalapeno and got the 5 piece. The receipt confirms I ordered these things. They weren't busy, only two other cars were there in that 15 minutes. Pathetic service, sloppy, and rude. Never giving them my business again and neither should you.

  So I'm not sure if its a short staffing issue or something else, but a few times now during lunch hours (I was there around Noon each time) they have been turning away customers saying they aren't taking any orders right now. From what I saw, they took 1 or 2 orders and if the drive thru was getting backed up with a bunch of cars, it seems they were telling people they cant take orders right now to clear the drive thru. Not sure what happened to this location, but it sure has gone downhill.
