    Workers are extremely disrespectful. Yelling profanity while my kids are in the car. Rude to customers. Will not be going again. Very disappointed. Waited in line for 15 minutes. I hope the worker we interacted with learns manners and finds happiness in her heart

    I love Arby's get it a lot, love chicken sandwiches and their lemonade! I AM DISAPPOINTED DEEPLY though by the food at this visit. I got a crispy chicken meal. My chicken was a nasty weird hard texture that was due to hard gristle meat, was not fresh either. So basically only the edges were edible. And even that alone this time instantly hurt my stomach. Also my fries were barely warm. Probably all of it sat in warmers for a "hot" minute. Anyways, the people working the drive thru were very pleasant. They were the only plus to this visit.
