  I don’t know who that little girl yall got working the front register at 3:20pm today.Tell her if she don’t wont to work at Arby’s find her another job.All that getting smart with a customer is unnecessary.Im 46 years old.I had a job at Arby’s before.I would never talk to a customer how she did me today.When I told her I had 2 orders her face turn up.Then am asking her about the fish.All she had to say was we not doing them anymore.Not she spell L.T.O.Find another person with good customer service because she don’t got it.

  Food is far superior to Arbys in Green. Service is very good. Orders are always correct. The woman at the drive through 5/1/2026 late afternoon was especially pleasant.

  The service and food was on point today! I'm saying this outside of the fact there were only 2 people working, with people coming in nonstop. They were respectful, attentive with everyone and doing what they could to keep their spirits up while servicing everyone in the most timely manner possible. I was impressed with their communication and support of one another. My food was hot, presented well and met my expectations!

  Drive through was down. It looked like there was only three people working. One cooking. One at the register, and one at the drive through. I asked for diet dr. Pepper and got regular dr. Pepper. We didn't get the French dip for our sandwiches. It took 50 minutes before we got our food from the drive through.

  I pulled up to the window like the sign told me too. 2 employees standing there one on their phone. The other one makes eye contact with me and pretends I don't exist. I only ordered two sandwiches. And somehow they both got messed up.
