  We tried the Pineapple Lemonade Cooler 1 month ago from this DQ and it was amazing. We ordered 4, 2 weeks ago for our friends and family to try. All of them were the same size but none of them tasted the same. It seemed like they got sweeter and less flavor of pineapple and by the 4th it tasted more like lemonade w syrup and whipped ice cream. It wasn’t horrible but we didn’t understand why there was so much inconsistency. Today I went in to order due to a huge line at the drive thru. Staff very friendly, facility was clean, they were very busy and all staff were working orders. I ordered small Pineapple Lemonade Cooler (no tajin) First attempt had the spice in it- noticed orange flecks and made an inquiry about them. I was told it was made w the tajin spice. The manager was kind and remade it. I was picking this up for a friend so I didn’t try it. I left the store and delivered the 2nd attempt unfortunately it had too much concentrated syrup that it was not edible. I drove back to DQ, thinking maybe I was ordering the wrong drink and explained to the manager he apologized and he remade it. The 3rd attempt was still too sweet and minimal taste of pineapple. Unfortunately due to the large quantity of syrup consumed, with 4 tastes, it actually caused vomiting within 10 min. We didn’t even know that could happen! 😳 We do enjoy this DQ. The manager was not made aware that it caused vomiting (I had already left the store ) he did give a refund when the 3rd cooler was made. We will still dine at this DQ, I just don’t recommend the coolers, due to the inconsistency in flavor and the syrup debacle.

  Stopped in for an ice cream break and was very pleased. They were busy but an associate acknowledged us and stated she would be right with us. We ordered and were served immediately. The ice cream was both pleasing to the eye-it looks like the ads- and delicious. Thank you!

  Feb 19 2026 6:41:38 I ordered two twist cones dipped in chocolate. I received one twist cone dipped in chocolate and one vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. I am not happy. I didn't get my twist ice cream cone.
