  Really nice building and it seems to be renovated/updated allowing a sort of drive thru experience for pickups (placed ahead). Had a great day and was thrilled to treat myself plus I had a reward and the app is offering free chips so I felt so good and excited about this. When I walk in the young lady was cleaning the counter which was AMAZING since you can regularly walk into a chipotle with sauces and food all over the counter, so to see her giving it a sanitary wet wipe and following it up with a dry wipe was exceptional. When she looked up and saw me, With the most lacluster attitude, she said she would be with me once she was finished. So she finished up what she was doing, went and washed her hands, which I was thrilled about, and put on brand new gloves Nothing up until that point seemed weird, except for the fact that as soon as she began taking my order, she lacked almost every ounce of a front facing customer service role. No smile, seemingly annoyed, and that could’ve been from any portion of her day and had nothing to do with me, however I felt like I now became the subject of whatever frustration needed a release. I ordered my food and with almost everything that she scooped into the bowl, I had to ask for more, she scooped the rice into the bowl, the rice didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl, so now I’m already looking at a half size item for something that I’m going to pay a full price for. Then proceeded to take a scoop of chicken, bang the spoon against the edge of the side 3 times to knock off 60% of the chicken that was on the spoon, now if it wasn’t a egregious amount understood; however, she ended up giving me 40% of a full portion of The protein. And then I had to continually ask for her to add more to what she served, as I looked back to the gentleman behind me, his bowl was being made by someone else, and that halfway, lack of concern, no care for the value of what you’re providing, was not embodied by the older shorter lady with glasses, the younger taller individual. If you can avoid her making your bowl, absolutely do so!! When I opened my bowl, it doesn’t resemble anything on this app because the bowl was so minuscule that ultimately it didn’t even have a full portion of food. I absolutely will be disputing the charge because what was advertised was certainly not delivered. Do better, I shouldn’t have to ask for what I deserve, at no point was I asking for extra without payment or anything of that nature. However, instead of creating any commotion in the restaurant or verbalizing my complaint further escalating the issue, I’m making all of you aware that this is literally the last place you want to go. The chipotle in Mohegan Lake is seemingly significantly better!!

  Extremely skimpy with the protein! Gave this branch a chance several times and they consistently give me skimpy portions of chicken. Got double meat today and it wasn’t even what ONE scoop would be from other locations. DO BETTER!

  I regularly order from this location, the Fishkill location and the newly opened Newburgh location. This is the only good location. This location has good taste and portion sizes. The other two lack. The people here are better workers too.
