    This place of business closes at 11pm as It is stated all over the doors of this establishment. Not 10:30 not 10:45… 11pm. And when I walked up to the door at 10:29Pm I was turned away. In all honesty, it’s not that hard to just do your job like everybody else. And it’s not like the food was put away because it wasn’t. And yes, I am taking the two minutes out of my time to write this review because it’s simply bs. I’m sure there’s a lot of hard-working people out there that put in their hours and they don’t cut out And I understand closing a couple minutes early if it’s dead, but not a half hour you’re already paid to be there anyway you might as well just do your job. And it’s not rocket Science. Just put my rice and chicken in a bowl it’s not that deep. Do better

    every time i go here, i always find excuses to dismiss how atrocious the service is. i always think to myself, “the staff is young” or “maybe they’re new” wrong. ever since this place opened it’s been going downhill. my family are avid chipotle fans, and every time someone says “let’s go to the one of crompond!” a heavy sigh is let out. the customer service isn’t just pathetic, it’s the food. the food isn’t “fresh” like advertised, it’s sad to look at. $50+ later i have a stomach ache AND i loose money. never again.

    I want to thank Rory, Tessa & Xavier for such a thoughtful and kind dining experience! Rory was extremely sweet, knowledgeable and impressive. I explained I was having a tough day & he was generous and patient with me while I was ordering & explained tiny details to me when I asked a billion questions. Tessa was so warm and friendly while checking me out and I really appreciate; smiled the whole time making sure I had everything that I asked for and Xavier displayed great leadership and was charming & confident with his team. Thank you guys so much for turning my frown around! I appreciate you all 🫶🏽😇

    Gave this location several chances but this is it. Ordered a kids meals with chicken and waited 25mins after my order pickup time on the chipotlane just to get home and find no chicken or substitution. Picture says a thousand words. They truly served me sour cream and cheese with soft tortillas (I ordered hard shell) and nothing else. I was not notified or asked and yes I will still charged. I will never return here, this location is and always will be a disgrace.

    I was trying to communicate to the employee preparing my order that I wanted the chipotle chicken on the burrito instead of the bowl. Because of the noise, I pointed over the glass to clarify which meat went where. The cashier actually walked over from her register specifically to address me and loudly yelled at me not to put my hands over the glass. Her face was red and she appeared visibly angry, which made the interaction feel aggressive and startling. Before I even had a chance to understand what the issue was or move my hand back, I was being yelled at. I quickly & nicely apologized. I would have had no issue if someone had told me not to have my hand above glass. I wasn't upset about being corrected. I was upset by the way it was done. As a pregnant customer managing two toddlers at the time, I was already feeling overwhelmed. Customer service isn't just about enforcing rules; it's also about how those rules are communicated. A simple, respectful tone would have been appreciated.
