- EOEddie Ortiz4 days ago1.0One star is too many for this market. I had a very bad experience with product and pricing and a young man named Matt. He had zero knowledge on how to handle customers, was extremely curt and cursed me out. I recommend he be discharged from his responsibilities. I will not being going back to this location and recommend others stop supporting this store as well.
- PDPatti DohertySep 27, 20261.0Horrible! I bought ice cream and M&Ms, both were on sale. I put in my card and neither sale price came off. The clerk tried to tell me the plain M&Ms were not on sale bc they were 10 oz and the other flavors that were on sale were 8.5 - 9.8 oz (all were "sharing size" with the same package). Then Fred, the manager argued with me even more telling me there was no sale price under the plain ones and what didn't I understand. When he scanned the M&M's with the customer scanner in the aisle, it did come off with sale price but did not when I checked out. By now, there was quite a scene between the customer service desk and candy aisle with everyone watching. Fred then called out a disability issue since he felt the need to escalate everything in front of the other customers who were justifiably horrified. I will never, ever, shop there again.

The customer service is horrible, every time I buy drinks and try to recycle it their machines are broken or they tell me I didn't buy it there so they won't give me my deposit when the product is still on their shelf. Today I tried recycling bottles but their machine was down and they told me I have to wash them and bring them back to get my deposit back. This store needs to be shut down. They provide a service but, it's a horrible service. If I have to do the work for your employees every time I go in there you need to replace all of your employees.
