Came in on 9/26/2026 at about 4:30. A male black employee was not happy and gave an attitude because he did not want it take my order at the cashier. He said something to a female Hispanic employee and they were chuckling. I asked for their names and they refused and didn’t have name tags. Absolutely b disgraceful service. I hope this is scene by there superiors to take appropriate action.

Worst taco bell I ever visited.. the attitude and arrogant behavior of that lady taking orders was really rude even I would say worst ever.. when asked for manager, she said she is the manager while actually she wasn’t as told by other workers.. this much rudeness only suggests that she is not made for customer service otherwise one day person like me will slam her and she won’t even get chance to explain it..

The B lady working here is nasty. She acts like she can talk to you in any way possible with out getting into trouble. I left without ordering anything. Absolutely disgusting.. The owners of this place are owned by nice people they should get rid of her seriously she is making customers run away!
