  ive heard so many good reviews about outback i told my husband that i wanted to try . we went today for mothers day & had the worst experience we ever had at any restaurant . despite the wait time because it was a holiday we asked for a later time just to give them time to clear out some people . i got there at 6 & told them to write me down for 8:30 . i went next door to chucke cheese with my kids & had a great time ( wish we wouldve stayed & had some pizza) we walked in at 8:20 & they told me i had to wait even tho there was plenty of space . we sat outside & everyone who came in was seated before us . after we finally go in & get seated it takes about 20 min for the waiter to even approach us . we ordered drinks & they were fine . she comes back so we can order food & it took more than 1 hour for us to get served ( restaurant was half empty at this point ) . after a while of sitting i start getting extremely itchy & try to get ignore it but it was very difficult . i ended up telling my husband we had to go because i was very uncomfortable. all of our food was salty , asked for medium steak & gave us well done . ask for shrimp in garlic sauce instead i got dry shrimp on top of a piece of bread . my sons mac & cheese was SALTY & very spicy . we were seated without any utensils served without utensils as well it was a mess. after getting home i discovered i had 6 bite marks on my body & my daughter who was seated on the same side of the booth as me had 2 . changing table in womans bathroom is bent & extremely dangerous safety hazard , floor was super greasy its just so much bad things its crazy . yall need to check booths for bed bugs because im bitten all over . i trashed my clothes before coming in my house just to bed safe . will never come back her NEVER DO NOT RECOMMEND

  I had the worst experience here! I came on a Mother’s Day for my mom. What’s the whole point of making a reservation and for them not being able to honor that. Then the lady in the front who’s the host, thinking my dad was taking a picture of her it was where he Shazam a song and she was posing and being very obnoxious. They need better workers who are able to retain orders & follow certain policies and procedures this was the worst time of my life. Seek help fast then Kevin the manager had the rashness to see a lot of chaos and not delegate properly.

  After staying away for about four years due to a previous bad experience, I decided to give Outback Steakhouse another try this past weekend for my birthday mainly because my kids really wanted to go. I’ll admit, it was a leap of faith. I’m glad I did. Our server, Jaiden, completely turned things around for us. She was absolutely fantastic I attentive, friendly, and on point with everything throughout our visit. She didn’t miss a beat and truly made us feel at home from start to finish. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced that level of care and professionalism. Because of her, what could’ve been just another dinner turned into a great birthday experience. I even made sure to speak with the manager to personally recognize her outstanding service. This is exactly the kind of staff every restaurant needs. Jaiden is the reason we’ll be coming back. Highly recommend giving this place another chance!

  The food is consistently excellent and definitely the highlight of the experience. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff could benefit from better training, as the overall presentation and professionalism are lacking—some servers appear unkempt, which takes away from the dining atmosphere. Additionally, service is quite slow, even for simple requests like non-alcoholic beverages. When small mistakes happen—such as missing straws or a lemon with water—it takes an unreasonable amount of time to correct them. This inconsistency in service makes it hard to justify returning, especially on weekends when expectations are higher.

  i haven’t been to outback in years and i can see why. it was honestly just a disgusting environment to be in. there was trash on the floor under the tables next to us, the menus were sticky with residue and had FOOD on them, they were torn and heavily used. how hard it is to have laminated menus at the very least?? the paper menus are outdated. i’d be okay with any menu if it was CLEAN. as for service, our server was lovely. it was quite busy at the time we went so he was running around a lot but he was very attentive, kind and funny. he made our dining experience tolerable despite how dirty it was in there. tables were not wiped down effectively and still had remnants from the last diners who sat there. ugh!! i’m a big germaphobe so i literally used the wet wipes in my bag to clean the table myself. i don’t think that was my responsibility, but to each his own. food was just ok. it was meh. but that’s to be expected from outback. my steak was undercooked and tough to chew. my dad’s steak was over seasoned and salty. my baked potato was SUPER salty as well as the cesar salad. the drinks were the only thing i enjoyed. i will NOT be returning to this establishment. you’re better off going to Longhorn.
